Monday oh Monday

Well I turned in my resignation letter. My boss didn't seem bothered. So that's done. I found out my health benefits will extend an extra month after my resignation so that's pretty much a good thing. Saves me $600.00.

Well four days and a wakeup til my first cookery class. I'm so excited. Found out the textbook and uniform is included in the tuition. I think it's just a baseball type cap and an apron. I just love uniforms but I really had my heart set on a proper chef hat and jacket. The checkered pants would have been nice too but don't think that is in the cards from the pics of the classes on the website and information packet. I have a thing about earning the right to wear the uniform. Oh yea, I can always buy one but its not the same. Donno why that's such a hang up with me but it is.

Oh my favorite show is on tonight - Hell's Kitchen. I just think Gordon Ramsay is the bomb. I'd hate to be on the show but then again...I wouldnt have to worry about it. However I'd love to learn under him or any of his staff on H|K.

It would be sooooo nice to have a philanthropist to pay off my bills and student loans so I can go to culinary school full-time. Well if we don't have wishes we won't have hope, right.

OK...gotta prep for a two-hours of H|K.
